Another thing that I do is to add different letters to the words.

Add an a to the end:

Ayryna
Byryna
Cyryna
Dyryna
Eyryna
Fyryna
Gyryna
Hyryna
Iyryna
Jyryna
Kyryna
Lyryna
Myryna
Nyryna
Oyryna
Pyryna
Qyryna
Ryryna
Syryna

or add an o

That is just three little tweaks and remember that all of these long lists are just from starting above with the name Karen. Think how many names you would have if you applied all of these simple tweaks to one hundred starting names.
